Gaokao 2020 Ep.1: Volunteer taxi driver acts as students' guardian

China started the national university entrance exams, or Gaokao, on July 7. The exams were the "largest organized mass gathering" in China since the COVID-19 outbreak in January, and this documentary series offers a window into an event with major significance across the country.

Directed by the Japan's Takeuchi Ryo, this episode chronicles the experiences of a driver in a volunteer taxi team during the three-day exam period.
