Fascinating water splashing festival in SW China

The water splashing festival in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, southwest China's Yunnan Province, is a carnival of entertainment and culture. People sprinkle water on each other to pray for good fortune during the traditional festival that also marks the New Year for the Dai ethnic group.
